I thoroughly research whatever you need help with, whether it is your social media, SEO or the copy of your website. It’s very important for me to understand where we are starting from in order to optimize effectively.
Once we have the research done, I prepare a marketing plan and action plan with priorities. You will see clearly what actions need to be made, which ones are more urgent, and which ones can wait a little. Your validation of the plan initiates the next step.
At this point, we start working on the priority tasks defined in the plan, probably starting with creating a measurement plan to be able to check progress and validate that the strategy is working well.
Now it’s crucial to see what results we are achieving and cross the data with the estimates we have made. As W. Edward Deming once said “Without data, you’re just another person with an opinion”.
All the data that we have captured and analyzed will help us determine what corrections (if any) we need to make to adjust the strategy. And the circle keeps on going, we execute, analyze, optimize…
